Learn to Swing Dance
Midtown Stomp offers swing dancing every Friday night at the Eastern Star Ballroom at 2719 K Street in Midtown Sacramento. Join our beginning swing dancing lesson from 8-9pm and dance from 9pm-midnight. Our lessons are social and have the option of rotating partners. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun, and you're sure to meet new people and have a great time. You don't need a partner! Friday admission is only $8 on DJ'd nights and $12-15 on live band nights and includes the lesson.

We have swing dancing lessons for everyone at every level. Our "Beginning Drop-in Class" will get you out on the dance floor your very first night. You can drop in to this class each week and it is included in the price of admission.

Interested in learning more? We have progressive series classes starting the first Friday of every month. The Beginning Lindy Hop class is the perfect way to get started and the gateway to the rest of our classes.
