Audrey Womack

Audrey Womack is an incredible seasoned dancer and instructor who began swing dancing at the age of 16. Her love and passion for dancing is evident on both the dance floor and in the classroom. She has been part of the Sacramento Swing scene since 2000 and her background includes Lindy Hop and West Coast Swing dancing and competition at a national level. She is always looking for ways to improve and grow as a dancer. Yoga and Capoeira are other activities that she enjoys and draws on to improve her dancing and teaching. Her unique background and outlook are what make her a great dancer and teacher.

Audrey brings great smooth style, body control and advanced connection techniques to the dance floor both in her dancing and in her teaching.
