- Starting April 6th - You’ve learned lots of steps. You’ve learned lots of moves. You’ve even learned some music theory. Now learn how to make it look good! Carla Heiney & Pat Wall will teach April’s Intermediate Plus class which will focus on Styling, Lines, and the over all look of your dancing. Learn how simple things such as the position of your arm will make a dramatic difference in the look of your dancing. You’ll also learn styling tips to keep your dancing fresh and fun. Carla is the current, 2006, US Open Showcase Champion with partner Ben Morris (watch a video of their performance). She has also won the Lindy Showcase division with partner Kevin St. Laurent in 2001, 2002, 2004 and the US Open Strictly Lindy division with Kevin in 2003 (www.kevinandcarla.com). She is a 4 time American Lindy Hop Champion and the 2005 World Lindy Hop Champion in the Improvisational division (partner Kevin St. Laurent). If you do wish to drop in, you can do so for $10 plus the admission price for the dance. We accept cash, check or credit card for all admission, class or event admissions. |
